Masala Chai
Serving: 1 cup
- Add 1/2 cup of water to your pan
- Add 1 teaspoon of black tea to the water
- Add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon Blend & Spice chai masala to the pan and boil
- 1/4 " coin of fresh ginger (Optional)
- Add 2-3 mint leaves (Optional)
Wait for tea to steep
- Then add 1/2 cup of milk and boil for 2-3 mins
- Stir sugar into your chai and sweeten your taste
Strain your chai & your KADAK masala chai is ready -
Masala (Dudh) Milk
Serving: 1 cup
- Grind to a fine powder of almonds, pistachios and cashews. Keep aside
- Take a saucepot and add 1 cup of milk
- Once the milk begins to boil, add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of Blend & Spice chai masala along with almonds, pistachios & cashews powder
- Add 2-3 saffron strands (optional)
- Stir sugar into the milk and sweeten your taste
- Allow 4 to 5 minutes for it to boil. Stir frequently so that it does not burn from the bottom
Your masala milk ready to served. It can be served hot or chilled
